The TRESNEAU, lodging of group, is a mil dating from the XIIIème century, whose mécanisme is working

(close and secure). The cottage was completely restored in the state of the art by combining the original architure

and modern today.

Located between Tours, Amboise and Vouvray the cottage is at the heart of the castles Loire

and the wieyard. it ideal location enable you to access quikly to tourists sites.

The total area of the rental is 550m2. This is of great comfort and luxury.

You have a great dining room of 100m2 for you meals. A semi-professionnal kitchen (old restaurant) 40m2 fully équiped and divised into tree divisions.

Stockage : pôle and cold fridges, freezers, washing végétables, washing hands, washing machine, stockage shelves.

Cooking : Oven piano (hotplate and oven), microware, electricals appliances, cooking utensils (pots, bwols, etc...).

Washing : washing dishes, dips, shelves...

Of shared toilets are adjacent to these two bigs rooms. Another great hall of 100m2 is the télévision lounge

(tv and cd palyer) with a corner of board games and playing (games and books).

The six rooms range from 18m2 to 40m2 depending on the number of sleeping rooms, all feature a bathroom and

a private toilets. you have one bedroom : a double bed and two singles beds. Two bedrooms : two doubles beds. three bedrooms : one double bed.

The two hectare park is planted with trees and bordered by a river. The place is idyllic and green.

Chrildrens can run and play in this huge space. Parking protected visibility in the park and can accomdate up to

12 cars.
