INFORMATION
CONCERNING THE HOLIDAY COTTAGE(SHELTER)
First of all, we wish a pleasant stay for all the groups of persons who will come in our holiday cottage(shelter) and in our beautiful region or multiple activities are to be made(to make).
Having said that, we have to respect ourselves both by some small simple gestures(movements) by respecting the given environment.
Here are some information which we have to communicate you before any reservation:
For questions of hygiene, the holiday cottage(shelter) is non-smoking. Animals are not allowed within the building(ship) (should the opposite occur, will be forced to us to refuse the access).
The holiday cottage(shelter) is available from 4:00 pm the day of arrival, must be freed(released) at 11:00 am the day of the departure and made the object of an entering and outgoing inventory of fixtures.
The holiday cottage(shelter) being equipped with a cooking(kitchen) and with a big dining room, it is asked to you not to go(take) up a food as well as carbonated drinks in rooms(chambers) to limit.
The park lined by the river will allow you to relax, to go fishing, to play, to have lunch in ........
Under ground of the mill containing its mechanism is closed and reassured. Things being what they are, the owner faira a pleasure to show him(it) to you if you wish it...
We hope that this information will not be the object of a refusal of your part. Nevertheless, you will understand that we wish wholeheartedly all the persons staying in our holiday cottage(shelter) are satisfied by their choice and proposed services(performances)... The same holiday cottage(shelter) being the reflection of our web site.
THE CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS :
During your reservation, we ask you to send us the following elements:
- The filled(performed) and signed rental agreement.
- A regulation(payment) of the deposit(advance) (50 % of the stay) cashable following.
- a check corresponding to the pledge (rub: price lists(rates)).
The balance will be asked you the day of your arrival.
You have to send us all these rooms(parts,plays) in one deadlines(extensions) of 7 days later your
Reservation by telephone. Beyond this deadline(extension), the reservation will not be maintained.
Any dégats or accidents, during your stay, will be under the responsibility of the person having reserved
And having taken into account the information concerning the holiday cottage(shelter).
The conditions of cancellation are the following ones (same information : price):
- More than 15 days before dates him(it) the stay, the refund(repayment) 25 % of the accompte.
- Less than 15 days, the accompte is due to the owner.
- Month of 48 hours(am), the totality is due to the owner.
